The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has reaffirmed that the registration for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will close on March 8, 2025, with no extension.
JAMB’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, stated on Tuesday that over 1.5 million candidates have already registered. He urged prospective candidates to register early and avoid last-minute rush.
The board emphasized that its schedule is fixed, and extending registration would disrupt key processes like examinations, result management, and admissions.
“All candidates should complete their registration on time to avoid missing out,” JAMB advised.
